Do I Need A Reservation?

Reservations are always STRONGLY recommended.

We do accept walk-in throwers as long as we have a lane available.

Is axe throwing safe?

All throwing takes place under direct supervision from our AXEpert coaches. We have many protective measures in place to make sure our facility is as safe as possible.

How Much Does It Cost?

  • $24.99 +Tax Per Person for 1/Hour on 1 lane!

  • $29.99 +Tax Per Person for 2/Hours on 1 lane!

  • $40.00 +Tax Per Person for 2/Hours on 2 lanes!

Prices are including tax, and include coaching, axes, and the allotted time for your group.

Will someone teach us how to throw an axe?

Of course! One of our trained AXEperts will personally teach every group to ensure they have it down and have a great time!

What should I wear?

You want to make sure you have close-toed shoes and loose non-restricting clothes.

​

Can I bring my own axe?

Yes, they must be thrown and approved by an AXEpert onsite to assure they are up to our safety standards and regulations.

**No throwing knives, Throwing Stars, Etc.**

Can we bring drinks to BURLESON Axe Factory?

We are BYOB; bring a cooler stocked with any cold drinks you like!

Do you have mobile axe throwing that can be set up at my party or event?

Yes, we do! We LOVE offsite events. Email us at FortWorthAxeFactory@gmail.com to get pricing and availability.

Is there an age minimum?

Yes. You must be over 10 years old to participate.

​

​

Do you sell food?

No, but groups are welcome to bring outside food and drink as long as you clean up afterwards! (Pizza is always very popular!)

Can I bring my employees for team building?

Certainly! We are the best spot for team building in the Fort Worth area! We can host up to 72 guests at a time. For more info on team building email FortWorthAxeFactory@gmail.com

Are spectators allowed?

Spectators are more than welcome at no cost to come and cheer on friends, family and colleagues. There are limits on occupancy so we ask that you notify us of extra people when you book so we are sure to have space.

Can we bring our dog?

Well Behaved Doggos are always welcome here at the Burleson Axe Factory!

Can I throw an axE at a photo of my boss, ex, co-worker, president, etc?

No, unfortunately not. In some cases that is classified as a terroristic threat, and we want you to keep your freedoms.

​

However, you're welcome to destroy silhouettes, words, stickers, or anything else that won't harm our axes or make a huge mess! Just ask for the go-ahead from your range officer before doing-so.

THE RULES

The Rules

​​​Points:​

  • 6 points for the bullseye

  • 4 points for the 2nd ring

  • 3 points for the 3rd ring

  • 2 points for the 4th ring 

  • 1 point for the 5th ring

  • 10 points for the blue balls, also known as the kill shot​

  • ONLY AVAILABLE ON THE 10th AND FINAL ROUND, otherwise blue balls are worth 1 point.

Technicalities include:​

  • Touching the line

    • If the axe is in two rings simultaneously, then the player is awarded the points of the higher valued ring.

  • Stick and Stay

    • The axe must remain in the target for the throw to count. If the axe falls out before the axe is retrieved, then the throw will be counted as 0 points.

​

​

  1. Every participant has 4 matches.

  2. Each match is played against different opponents, selected at random and consists of the following:

    1. 10 throws per match.

    2. In each match, players will take 5 throws then switch sides.​​

    3. The winner of the match will be the person with the most points after 10 throws

    4. In the event of a tie after 10 throws, there will be sudden death:

      1. The players will throw again (11th time) and the winner will be the person that scores the higher points during that throw.

      2. If both players tie again, they must continue with sudden death throws until there is a winner.

      3. Points are not counted or tallied during sudden death.​
